Very nice copy of this extremely scarce work, recounting the adventures
of this Canadian military officer in his adventures about Canada
and other locations around the world. 336 pages. Cover corners are
lightly bumped, spine ends show very light wear, gilding is still
fine, two extremely light glass rings on the front cover, previous
owner's plate inside front cover and when glued down apparently
marred the front endpaper. Some moderate foxing to abut 10% of the
pages, scattered throughout. Binding is fragile. |
